Clean the floor with a vacuum or mop. Tape Genie Rug Tape will stick much better to a clean/dry surface.

Roll back an edge of the rug and apply Tape Genie Rug Tape directly to the floor first.

Repeat this around the perimeter of the rug. Then, put a few strips of tape in the middle.

Roll the rug onto the exposed adhesive as you remove the paper release liner.
